Since 1971 BART has dealt with broaches and broaching, placing itself amongst the leaders in the precision mechanics sector in Italy.

We are able to respond quickly and efficiently to the most complex and varied requests in the field of internal or external broaching, and in the projecting and building of broaches, both helical and special, with the utmost competence and professionality.

The synergistic experience gained as both broaches manufacturers and in the field of broaching is constantly at the service of every new project.

Since January 2005, BART has had its headquarters in a new, technologically-advanced plant which sets itself at the forefront of the green policy for the maximum respect for the environment and the application of safety laws for workers.

VELOCITY
Quick delivery time. We are the only manufacturer in Europe to produce broaches in just 30 days, allowing us to meet sudden requests and provide a wide range of broaches readily in stock for broaching activities, or furthermore for sales purposes (catalog available on the website).

Bart makes continuous investments in machinery and technology, combined with the use of materials chosen from the best available in the market. This allow us to produce quality and precision tools that give surplus to the value chain offered by the customer.

PRECISION
Bart constructs broaches up to 2700 mm in length and 350 mm diameter with very tight tolerance guaranteed by scrupulous quality control and mandatory certifications.

EXPRESS SERVICE
On request, year-round, we can provide extremely fast service: 1 to 2 days for subcontract broaching, 1 day for re-sharpening broaches and 10-15 days for the delivery of new standard broaches.
