We have just completed the construction of a special grooved broach. The peculiarity of this broach is the difference of about 20 mm between the inside and outside diameter!
Generally the difference is about 4-5 mm and it is easier to find certain values in a drill more than in a broach. This was possible thanks to the material of the piece (bronze) which is ideal for this type of work, despite the length of the piece to be broached is 84 mm.
